We are a well-established business setup consultancy firm in the UAE, offering end-to-end solutions for entrepreneurs and companies to establish and grow their businesses in Mainland and Free Zones. We provide company formation, PRO services, visa assistance, and post-incorporation support.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales Executive

with in-depth knowledge of

UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation processes

. The ideal candidate must have

3+ years of proven experience

in the UAE business setup industry and a successful track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and convert leads into clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals Provide accurate consultation on

Mainland and Free Zone business setup options

Prepare and present customized company formation proposals and packages Advise clients on license types, legal structures, visa options, and documentation requirements Coordinate with internal teams (PRO, legal, operations) for smooth client onboarding Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE regulations, Free Zone authority rules, and DED procedures Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of UAE experience

in

business setup

or

corporate services

Strong understanding of

Free Zone authorities

(e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS, etc.) Solid experience with

Mainland (DED) company formation

and legal structures Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional in client handling
