Business Development Executive (BDE)
to drive our growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding our customer base, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute growth strategies, including market expansion, service diversification, and strategic partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Identify and pursue new prospects daily through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
Convert cold leads into active customers through effective sales techniques, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to business growth.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to explain company services and value propositions.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving objections, and providing tailored solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company policies and pricing structures.
Handle client complaints or objections professionally and proactively.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to management on lead pipelines, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years in business development, sales, or a similar role (B2B/B2C).
Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, CRM software, email campaigns).
Familiarity with Business Setup, PRO service, and Visa Services
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Analytical mindset to evaluate market data and adapt strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
