We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new corporate clients for training programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and propose customized training solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales / corporate sales, preferably in training, EdTech, or professional services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the UAE corporate market is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
