Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies targeting corporate companies, training institutes, individual coaches, and professional trainers. You will play a key role in communicating Upgrade Skill's unique value proposition by sharing meaningful insights and success stories that highlight the impact of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients across the education and corporate sectors Build and nurture strong client relationships through consultative selling Understand client needs and propose tailored learning and training solutions Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to showcase Upgrade Skill's offerings Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to support lead generation efforts Track activities and opportunities through CRM tools Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or technology solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of the education sector and digital learning trends is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Candidate with knowledge in content writing and creation is an added advantage. Valid UAE driving license is a must
