We Aspire Education Services is a leading training and development institute in Dubai, providing corporate and professional training programs to empower organizations and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage new corporate clients for training programs.
Build and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand client needs and propose tailored training solutions.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (education/training sector preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build professional relationships at decision-making levels.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Arabic/ English speaker is a must
Having UAE driver's license
