Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, architecture, and real estate sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
Promote the company's aluminum and glass products and services to prospective clients.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for expansion.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Follow up on tenders, quotations, and ongoing negotiations to ensure timely closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in business development or sales in the aluminum and glass, construction, or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of aluminum and glass systems (e.g., curtain walls, spider systems, sliding doors/windows, partitions).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network of contacts within the construction and architectural industries.
Ability to read architectural drawings and understand technical specifications.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
