Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing real estate brokerage firms across the UAE.
Act as the primary point of contact for brokers to drive sales of Vincitore Realty's luxury developments.
Conduct regular project presentations, broker onboarding, and training sessions to increase channel engagement.
Strategize and execute broker-focused business development plans to boost lead generation and deal closures.
Organize site visits, events, and campaigns to promote projects and convert leads through broker channels.
Track and analyze broker performance, ensuring timely communication and support.
Requirements:
Strong network of brokerage agencies and deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Self-driven, performance-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
