Act as the primary point of contact for brokers to drive sales of Vincitore Realty's luxury developments.
Conduct regular project presentations, broker onboarding, and training sessions to enhance channel engagement.
Develop and execute broker-focused business development strategies to increase lead generation and deal closures.
Organize site visits, events, and marketing campaigns to promote projects and convert leads through broker channels.
Track and analyze broker performance, ensuring timely communication and ongoing support.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate sector.
Strong network of brokerage agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work under pressure.
