Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the catering and event industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners.
Deal with customer inquiries promptly and provide excellent service to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams to discuss requirements, proposals, and progress.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
Knowledge of catering operations and event management is a plus.
