Corporate services provider UAE based and specialized in company formation and bank account opening currently looking for a qualified Business Development Manager for our Corporate Services Department. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for assisting clients to set up companies in the UAE such as Freezone, LLC, Offshore along with bank accounts opening and resident visa process. Responsibilities involve: o To prepare and file corporate documents with government agencies. o To advise clientele with the process and needed requirements for setting up a business. o To deal with the process of company formation and renewals. o Process visa applications and renewal of clients including follow-ups with the concern agencies. o To interpret board and shareholder resolutions and agreements and update the corporate records accordingly. o To review all invoices in relation to the Portfolio and liaise with the client regarding payment of the same o Conduct customer due diligence and being updated with the new rules and regulations. Profile Requirement: Fluency in English and French Language Similar experience a strong plus. Law and Bank background will be an added value.
