Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development Executive
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
: Identify and engage prospective clients in interior fit-out, renovation, small construction, and trading sectors using cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Proposal & Tender Management
: Draft, submit, and negotiate proposals, RFQs, and RFPs; tailor presentations to win projects.
Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants in Dubai's interior, building materials, and fit-out markets.
Sales Pipeline & Reporting
: Track business opportunities in CRM, deliver regular forecast and pipeline reports.
Market Analysis
: Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.
Networking & Brand Representation
: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings; enhance visibility and credibility.
