Key Responsibilities
Actively generate new
fit-out and renovation project leads
across Dubai and the UAE.
Develop and maintain relationships with
clients, consultants, property owners, brokers, and project managers
.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and proposal discussions.
Identify project requirements and coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully
close sales deals
.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay updated on local market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in
fit-out / interior contracting sales
(mandatory).
Proven track record in
business development and project closing
within the UAE market.
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, timelines, and commercial aspects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
