Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand hiring trends
Generate and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and events

Collaborate with recruitment teams and international offices to align strategies and fulfill client needs
Lead contract discussions and ensure terms align with company objectives
Monitor sales pipeline, targets, and KPIs to optimize performance
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus)
