Role Overview:
We are hiring
Business Development Consultants
to join our expansion in the UAE. The role starts on a
commission-based structure for the first three months
and transitions into a
competitive salary plus incentives
upon successful performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert high-value leads across government, enterprise, and private sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Represent hashinclu.de's solutions in business meetings and presentations.
Work independently to achieve defined sales and business expansion goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
Strong knowledge of the UAE/Dubai market; government sector exposure is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
Commission-based for the first 3 months.
Transition to a
competitive salary + incentives
