We are looking to hire BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (IN HOUSE) to join our Company. If you\'re excited to be part of a winning team, opportunity is waiting for you! To contact prospects and existing customers to inform them about the services.
- Offer the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
- Contact potential clients in the UAE in order to increase sales opportunities
- Initiate sales with customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers\' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information.
- Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
- To maintain the database of all the interested customers
- Excellent communication skills in two languages (Hindi and English)
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Call prospective customers & cold-calling customers to sell the service.
