Job Title: Business Development Assistant / Sales Support Analyst (Russian Speaker)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant / Sales Support Analyst to support our sales team in driving growth across two key categories: consumer electronics and branded toys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing potential and existing clients, and assisting in outreach efforts to expand our customer base and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Client Identification

Search for and identify new potential clients within the electronics and toy industries. Analyze prospective companies to understand their business model, product categories, and purchasing patterns. Evaluate what categories they currently buy and sell to determine relevant products we can offer.
2. Client Outreach & Lead Generation

Identify the correct contact persons responsible for relevant product categories (buyers, category managers, procurement specialists, etc.). Find effective ways to reach these decision-makers (email, LinkedIn, phone, official platforms). Make the first contact with potential clients and introduce our company and product offerings. Follow up on initial outreach and gather feedback on shared offers.
3. Data Analysis & Opportunity Mapping

Evaluate existing clients to identify additional sales opportunities and gaps in their current purchasing. Provide insights on what more we can sell to current clients based on their portfolio and market trends.
4. Communication & Coordination

Work closely with the sales team to present findings, client feedback, and new opportunities. Assist in preparing proposals, product lists, and client-specific offers. Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and client responses.
5. Reporting

Prepare regular reports on new leads, client analyses, outreach results, and opportunities identified. Track progress of potential deals and highlight areas needing further attention.
Qualifications

Previous experience in business development, sales support, or market research preferred. Strong analytical and research skills. Business-level proficiency in English and fluency in Russian are required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to identify key decision-makers within organizations. Proficiency in using online research tools, databases, and platforms like LinkedIn. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the electronics and/or toys market is an advantage. Experience in B2B sales or wholesale distribution. Ability to multitask and manage several leads simultaneously.
