We are seeking a motivated Business Development Assistant to support our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the growth of our company. This role involves assisting with client communication, preparing reports, conducting research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development and Sales teams in identifying and managing leads.
Prepare and maintain client databases, proposals, and sales reports.
Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and potential clients.
Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to support client requirements.
Draft professional emails, presentations, and documents for client communication.
Support in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records.
Provide administrative support including documentation and filing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or business development (an advantage, but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
