to join our growing Aesthetic Clinics and Wellness group in Dubai. We currently operate two clinic branches alongside a home care and wellness business, with active discussions underway for further local and international expansion.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or a related industry, with a strong balance of strategic growth, partnerships, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint and strengthen its brands.
Explore new markets and emerging industry trends, recommending innovative products, services, and revenue streams.
Identify opportunities for national and international expansion to drive long-term growth and market presence.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
Propose, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, service offerings, and profitability.
Seek out collaboration opportunities with external companies, brands, and industry stakeholders.
Develop mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operational performance across clinic branches and the home care and wellness business.
Ensure operational processes, workflows, and standards are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Support branch performance through KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Events & Brand Activation
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events in collaboration with external partners to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Support marketing and sales initiatives through events, launches, and strategic activations.
Requirements
Previous experience in business development, operations management, or a similar role, ideally within aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics in the UAE and international markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple business units and support scalable growth.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
