Job Description

The business area of Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions, part of Sandvik Group, is an industrial frontrunner in crushers and screening equipment for mining and construction. We create productivity driven by technology and our solutions are engineered to deliver the highest performance and automation level in mines, quarries and civil engineering projects. We are now looking for a structured and Business Development and Key Account Manager, SEMEC to join our team to develop business together. As a Business Development and Key Account Manager SEMEC you will part of diverse team directly reporting to Sales Area Vice President Southern Europe, Middle East and CIS. You will be travel extensively within the geographical area up to 60% travel time with a first primary focus to Middle East customers and distributors. You will be part of building the future by having overall responsibility of business development & mining key accounts management in responsible region. Responsibilities include planning, leading, monitoring, executing, and controlling of the sales activities supported by local team.

Key responsibilities: As Business development & Key accounts manager you will work with SEMEC customers, cooperate with cross functional teams with a wide range of tasks and activities directly related to improving sales records in selected accounts. To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, energetic, organized, detail oriented and passion on computer and technology, ready to travel extensively within the respected Sales Area. Build a solid understanding of SRP products, customers operations and business objectives, and applicable government regulations to secure legal requirements and Sandvik compliance procedures. Prepare and deliver sales presentations on sales solutions, aftermarket and equipment, services provided by SRP SEMEC business area. Analyze the existing customer portfolio, improving business performance for the continuity of customer relations and creating new business opportunities that will add value to the company. Communicate effectively with all levels of customer staff; build strong business relationships and networks. Follow Sandvik safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic & tactical business plans and co-ordinate all appropriate resources to enable achievement of business objectives for the responsible sales area. Responsible for regular customer visits, managing relationships and sales processes.

Qualifications University Degree, Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgic etc.) or equivalent experience in the sector 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, project management in a multinational company in the industrial sector Knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions Fluent English, Arabic languages, others languages of geographical area as plus Proficiency in MS Office applications, Power BI, Sales Force as a plus Good analytical and planning skills Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills
