Provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager. Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering, but are mainly administrative in nature. Under close supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures.
Supports general business operations by providing simply administrative support activities. Basic oral and written communication skills are required. Entry level job which requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
