What You'll Do As a Business Development Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a territory rich in opportunity. Your role will be approximately 80% account management and 20% new business, ensuring long-term success and sustainable growth across a high-potential client base. You will:
Build and deepen trusted partnerships with existing government clients
Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your accounts
Lead strategic consultative sales conversations with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrate how Euromonitor's market research tools drive informed decision-making
Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and proposals to closing and renewals
Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Travel to Saudi Arabia (30%) to meet clients and deepen market insight
Requirements: What We're Looking For
Fluent in Arabic is highly preferred
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales - ideally with exposure to the public sector or government markets
Strong account management skills with a proactive and commercially minded approach
Excellent networking and stakeholder management capabilities across complex organisations
High level of self-motivation, ownership, and drive to exceed targets
Experience in creating and executing strategic account and territory plans
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
