reSTART is looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling the administrative duties, providing polite and professional assistance to the managing director and CEO, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides full administrative assistance to the Managing Director and CEO/ Facility Director
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
A Business Coordinator helps the CEO and other executive leaders stay organized by managing their schedules and keeping up with correspondence based on their needs.
Needs to be resourceful, innovative, and proactive to support their executive leaders.
Works with executives from various departments or one-on-one with an executive leader like the CEO.
Review and recommend changes to our company policies
