Job Description

Our client is a Multinational Retail Brand with offices globally. They are recruiting a Business Control Manager to be based in their offices in Dubai.

Manage budgets and forecasts of their sourcing channels and ensure that it is compliant with group guidelines
Manage monthly financial reporting and present variances to the group
Participate in strategic planning with and business partner effectively with other departments
Work in cohesion with the regional accounting trams
Responsible for KPI analysis, pricing strategy, profitability analysis
Responsible for the performance development of the team

Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, of which, at least 3 should be in a managerial position
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting or related
Experience in retail industry is a MUST
