Job Description
Job Specifications:
- Experienced or focused on planning, setting up and running Abu Dhabi Global Market company, ADGM foundations and companies (including special purpose vehicles) for both private and institutional clients, as well as commercially active companies and entrepreneurs seeking to make best use of the ADGM\xe2\x80\x99s advantageous tax and legal framework.
-Setting up companies in the UAE. In various free zones and Mainland. Main focus is Abu Dhabi global Market freezone. Once company is setup, next priority is to help in obtainingthe UAE residency Visa and monitor business progress
- Providing accounting and administrative services to the clients
- Renewing the trade license on an annual basis. If any changes to the company like change in shareholder or authorized signatory, preparing the resolution, share certificate, share transfer forms etc.
- Assisting client with legal translation and notary public requests

-Helping client with opening bank account in the UAE Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
