Job Description
We are looking for an efficient and reliable RUSSIAN Speaking lady Business Set Up Consultant. You will work closely with clients therefore to be successful in this role you should have a pleasant personality with excellent skills in communication and client services. Key Objectives of the Job:
- Communicate with and meet with clients when needed
- Plan, organize and manage business projects for clients
- Preparing proposals and business plans
- Perform initial assessments for each client before the project begins
- Collect as much information about the client's business as possible
- Understand clients' needs and wants
- Perform research using shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.
- Constantly recommend solutions for improvement
- Determine the project's KPIs
- Track KPIs and prepare reports
- Any other work assigned by the manager
- bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of UAE experience in the consulting field IS A MUST
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Robust interpersonal capability
- Excellent analytical abilities
- available to join immediately
- Consultancy: 3 years (Preferred)
- Russian (Preferred)
