Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
business center services
including private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and coworking spaces.
Identify and pursue
sales opportunities
through inbound leads, cold calls, walk-ins, and networking.
Maintain strong relationships with
existing clients
to encourage renewals and upselling.
Conduct
site tours and presentations
to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features.
Prepare
proposals, quotations, and agreements
, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Collaborate with the
marketing team
for campaigns and promotional events.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Keep accurate and updated records of all client interactions in CRM systems.
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service at all times.
Stay informed about
market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
3 months+ of sales experience in a
business center, coworking space, or real estate
environment.
Driving License is a big plus
Strong understanding of
office leasing and workspace solutions
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
English
(other languages like Hindi, Arabic are a plus).
Malayalam is Mandatory
Self-driven with a
sales-oriented mindset
and the ability to meet targets.
Presentable and confident with a
customer-first attitude

Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and CRM software.
Immediate joiners or candidates currently based in
Dubai
are preferred.
