Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive
to join our Business Center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling office spaces, co-working solutions, and business setup services. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for office space rentals and business services. Conduct sales presentations and tours of the business center. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Stay updated on market trends and competitors. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in business centers, real estate, or co-working spaces.
Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the UAE business setup process is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English (Hindi is a plus).What We Offer:
