Key Responsibilities

• Define, model, and maintain the enterprise business capability map and taxonomy.
• Embed capability-centric thinking across planning, architecture, and delivery functions.
• Ensure all capabilities are mapped with traceability to processes, customer journeys, value streams, services, and technology assets.
• Conduct capability assessments, maturity analysis, and heatmaps to identify transformation opportunities.
• Support strategy and transformation teams in mapping future-state capabilities and performing gap analysis.
• Align changes in capabilities with business cases, investment proposals, and strategic roadmaps.
• Maintain capability information within enterprise architecture repositories and planning tools.
• Influence the design of target operating models using a capability-centric viewpoint.
• Promote the use of modern architectural principles such as microservices, event-driven patterns, and cloud-native design.
• Act as a key integrator between strategy, business design, and IT execution, ensuring full traceability.
• Enable portfolio rationalization and investment planning through structured capability management.

Ideal Profile

• Strong business architecture background with expertise in capability modeling and enterprise design.
• Experience developing capability maps, taxonomies, and end-to-end traceability frameworks.
• Solid understanding of modern technology patterns including microservices, event-driven design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to work across strategic planning, transformation, and IT architecture teams.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to simplify complex business domains.
