• Participate in structured training and development programs aligned with ADNOC Group business objectives.
• Support assigned departments in business, finance, accounting, marketing, supply chain, project management, human resources, economics, and legal functions.
• Complete on-the-job assignments to gain exposure to real operational and corporate processes.
• Engage in competency assessments, performance evaluations, and structured learning modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand corporate strategy and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Adhere to ADNOC policies, ethical standards, and HSE guidelines.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Economics, Law, International Law, Corporate Law, Legal and Compliance, or Political Law.
• Medical fitness in accordance with role requirements.
• Government clearance including certificate of good conduct from Ministry of Interior.
• Successful completion of national service unless exempted by UAE law.
• Completion of required entry assessments and interviews.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
