Job Description

:

• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
• Creating customer use cases and presenting product flow as demos
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of software deployment
• Training customers on different Enterprise Software
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Maintain relationships with partners for optimized systems integration
• Timely and effectively respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Creating functional specifications for solutions.

Business Analyst Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field in a Software company
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Language proficiency in English & Arabic
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
