We are currently seeking a

Business Analyst / Store Manager

who is also a strong

business strategist

, capable of running the company and driving its growth. The candidate must have expertise in the chocolate industry, a deep understanding of

market trends

, and the ability to align with requirements related to the

Confectionery Department under government entities

.

Our Goal:

To establish CHKLT as the

number one choice in the UAE for large events and premium occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day shop operations Lead, hire, train, and supervise the team Manage sales, business development, and customer relations Ensure exceptional service and product quality Analyze

market trends

and provide insights to support growth strategies Ensure compliance with

government regulations related to the confectionery industry

Contribute to strategic planning and brand growth

Qualifications:

Solid experience in the

chocolate industry

(mandatory) Proven expertise in

shop operations and team management

Strong background in

sales and customer service

Ability to introduce

new concepts and innovative strategies

Knowledge of

UAE market trends

and familiarity with

government-related confectionery requirements
