We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
Business Analyst & Product Manager
to lead the development, feature optimization, and revenue growth of
Jokerz
, a cutting-edge entertainment app inspired by TikTok-style engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
social media, short-form video platforms, and monetization strategies
, with a focus on
user engagement, product development, and revenue generation
.
Requirements:
3-5 years
of experience as a
Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Growth Manager
in
entertainment/social media apps
(TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, or similar).
Strong understanding of
short-form video platforms, user engagement strategies, and monetization models
.
Proficiency in
data analytics tools
(Google Analytics, SQL, Excel).
Experience working with
agile development teams
(knowledge of Jira/Scrum is a plus).
Entrepreneurial mindset
with a focus on
driving revenue and scaling digital products
.
Excellent communication skills (fluency in English; Arabic, any other language is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Feature Management:
Define and execute the product roadmap for Jokerz, aligning with market trends and user demands.
Collaborate with the Project Development Head & Design Team to prioritize features, UX/UI improvements, and technical enhancements.
Conduct competitor analysis (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
Lead A/B testing and data-driven iterations to improve app performance.
2. Revenue Generation & Monetization:
Develop and implement
monetization strategies
(ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, sponsorships).
Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize revenue streams.
Work with marketing and partnerships teams to explore
brand collaborations & influencer-driven growth
.
3. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
Monitor
KPIs
(DAU, MAU, retention, ARPU, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
Prepare
weekly/monthly reports
on product performance, revenue trends, and growth opportunities.
Use
Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar tools
to track user engagement and financial metrics.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the
bridge between development, design, marketing, and business teams
.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment on product goals.
Manage
stakeholders' expectations
and provide clear updates on progress.
Quarterly Reporting on App Growth.
