• Taking this position you will perform as key business/ system analyst who is responsible for high-loaded client-services.
• Critical thinking and accuracy are indispensable qualities for this role as you will be the one to debate/ come up with expedient project scope.
• Ability to swiftly switch between different contexts is a must have thing due to numerous dependencies between client and trading services.
• Your day-by-day communication accountability will include interaction with business stakeholders as well as different development teams across the globe.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge and practical experience in: * compilation of user stories

• applying UML/ BPMN 2.0 notations
• writing SQL queries
• writing HTTP requests
• integration/ development of Enterprise Content Management systems
• working with Client Data Platforms is an advantage for a candidate
• decomposing and estimating work packages

The following soft skills are mandatory: * Great teamwork skills

• Strong time management skills
• Increased acumen for planning
• Ability to complete tasks independently
• Leadership skills
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately
• The previous experience of working on CRM projects could be a big advantage
