Key Responsibilities
Business & Process Analysis
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
Perform gap analysis between business needs and Odoo standard features
Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
Define business rules and operational logic
Requirements Management
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into:
1. Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
2. Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
3. User Stories
4. Acceptance Criteria
5. Process Flow Diagrams
Maintain a structured product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, measurable, and structured
Agile / Scrum Responsibilities
Work closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement
Support sprint planning with clear and prioritized requirements
Participate in Sprint planning, Daily standups, Sprint reviews, Retrospectives
Clarify requirements during development
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Validate delivered features against business expectations
Odoo Functional Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into Odoo functional designs
Collaborate with developers on: Custom modules, workflow automation, integrations, security rules, business logic
Support implementation of core Odoo modules: HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Inventory, Projects
Ensure alignment between business processes and Odoo architecture
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main functional interface between business and technical teams
Manage expectations and scope
Facilitate cross-department communication
Ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement
