Business Analyst - Manufacturing Operations
Role Summary
Capgemini Engineering is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to optimize manufacturing operations through process mapping, gap analysis, and data-driven recommendations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives, enhance business performance, and ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
• Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Develop process flows, business cases, and user stories for solution design
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to align requirements and solutions
• Support Agile/Scrum-based project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and inform business decisions
• Assist in creating and executing test plans to validate new systems and processes
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for new solutions and tools

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Manufacturing Operations Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a manufacturing operations context
• Proven experience in Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing initiatives
• Proficient in business process modeling tools, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
