We are seeking an experienced

Senior Business Analyst (BA)

with

domain expertise in airline operations

to lead and support vendor product implementation initiatives. This role will focus on

Airline Operations

functions such as

Network Control, Flight Operations, and Inflight Service Delivery

. The successful candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring effective product rollouts, strong stakeholder alignment, and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for vendor product implementations in airline operations. Develop high-quality documentation including

business requirements, process maps, RFPs, and business cases

. Collaborate with stakeholders to align product capabilities with business processes and operational needs. Support

process mapping and optimization

to improve efficiency and adoption of new systems. Define functional and interface requirements, with understanding of

APIs and integration

points. Partner with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery. Facilitate workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and stakeholder discussions. Contribute to Agile delivery processes, backlog refinement, and sprint planning. Provide clear and structured communication to business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience working as a Business Analyst in the

airline industry

, ideally within operations (Network Control, Flight Ops, Inflight Services). Proven expertise in

business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping

. Strong documentation skills:

BRDs, RFPs, business cases, user stories

. Knowledge of

interfaces, APIs, and integration requirements

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications such as

CBAP or POPM

preferred. Experience with

Agile methodologies

(Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
