Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working with subject matter expert on the project and provide input to project deliverables as required and produce clear and comprehensive project documentations including, Policies and Procedures, Business Requirements Document, Contract Deliverable Matrix, Findings Reports and other documentations to meet Project Requirements.
- Conduct Walkthrough sessions with all Business and Process owners to ensure that everyone is across and understand the Project objectives and targets.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Evaluating Key Performance Indicators.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize system.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management or any related discipline.
- Excellent Computer Skills (all MS suites), Organized and Methodical, Planning and Problem-Solving Skills, Good Communicator.
- Real Estate experience is required
- Over 8 year of working experience within relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
