Key Responsibilities:

• Create and upkeep technical documentation, spanning user manuals, API documentation, and system architecture guides.
• Translate technical jargon into digestible, easy-to-understand vernacular for non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to collect and document business requirements for upcoming projects and initiatives.
• Partner with software development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams by serving as a liaison, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Conduct interviews and meetings to extract pertinent information and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in the upkeep and prioritization of the backlog of tasks and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain technical documents, ensuring they accurately reflect the evolving system architecture and requirements.
• Participate actively in the preparation and submission of tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
