Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to sales, production, market trends, and other relevant areas within the automotive industry.
- Use statistical methods to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Evaluate existing business processes within the automotive company and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and document processes.
- Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- Assist in the development of financial models to support business planning.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and scope.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Design and develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Implement tools for automated reporting and data visualization.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback.
- Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and management.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Technology Utilization:
- Leverage technology solutions for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the automotive industry.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, databases, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
