Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our start-up, to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers with 3-4 years of experience in providing Support for IT solutions preferably VoIP or PBX telephony applications.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product owners to understand their business objectives, challenges, and specific requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project goals.
- Prepare clear and concise business requirement documents for use by the development team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team, facilitating effective communication.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to review project progress and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and project management, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Provide input and support during the development and testing phases to ensure adherence to business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Telecom or SaaS industry ( 3 - 4 years ).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
