Job Description
We are working with a Multinational Water Treatment company located in Dubai. The company is expanding its geographical footprint and required a Business Analyst to work in the Business Development team focusing on Project Finance and Project Development initiatives. The role will have extensive exposure to working with multiple banks, lenders and government departments to initiate large scale financial packages to drive the development of major water treatment projects. We require a Russian speaker for this position due to the location of a number of upcoming projects. This role is NOT AN IT role. Business Development
- Research Waste Water Treatment and monitors PPP opportunities in Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa
- Research possible BOT and TOT Water Treatment opportunities across the target areas
- Review potential tender documents
- Produce summaries for the team highlighting the pros and cons of the opportunity
- Conduct market analysis across specified regions with a focus on Water Treatment opportunities
- Analyse raw data obtained through research and present key findings relevant to the business
- Maintain up to date market data ensuring reliability and accuracy of data
- Compile appropriate documentation to support and develop new business opportunities
- Perform general business and financial analysis on key Waste Water projects and initiatives
- Produce required reports and maintain a documentation system
- Reviews GWI, Google and government websites and consolidates available projects
- Research and monitors PPP opportunities in Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa
- Research possible BOT and TOT opportunities across the target areas
- Review potential tender documents
- Work with the BD team to support the RFQ submission for pre-qualification for Water Treatment projects
- RFQ Manage the production of RFQ portfolio in line with bid requirements
- Support the BD team\'s Water Treatment bid submission from both commercial and financial modelling perspectives
- Collaborate with the Business Consultant to review the commercial requirements, including contracts, document reviews and business risks on Waste Water projects
- Collaborate with the Financial Modeler and/or external financial consultants to review the financial requirements
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Project Development or Project Finance for large projects: 3 years (Preferred)
- Russian (Required)
