The Role
Business Analyst - Dubai, UAE On-site job eMagine Solutions is currently engaged with one of the leading banks in the UAE that is undergoing a massive digital transformation in its retail banking units. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Design and Innovation Department, your function will be focused on requirement gathering, BRD preparation, interaction, and presentation with stakeholders, the IT team, and vendors to achieve bank requirements. You will prepare functional and technical specifications to support the RFP and will conduct User Acceptance Testing to identify and recommend improvements to existing procedures and processes. Your role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather, analyze and deliver detailed Business Requirement Documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracks project deliverables as well as inputs and outputs \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducts testing or UAT test cases for process improvements and recommendations \xe2\x80\xa2 Close coordination with vendors to manage the execution and efficiency throughout the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder interactions to define project requirements, and gives updates on project\'s progress

Requirements
Ideal candidate: \xe2\x80\xa2 Has 4-5 years of banking experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong stakeholder management \xe2\x80\xa2 Very good communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Has managed complex projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
