Job Summary
Zurich Workplace Solutions is a start-up entity implementing End of Service Benefits in the region. As the organization moves from 'start-up' mode into 'scale-up', the team needs to be multi-skilled to be able to take on a number of varied tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for a multi-skilled techno-functional individual who can execute a multitude of tasks based on evolving business plans. The activities within the purview of this role are business analysis, product ownership support, technical analysis/design, project management / PMO, testing and in some cases hands-on development. The candidate needs to have high level of understanding of latest technologies and programming concepts.
This individual will be expected to support the Program and Product management in liaising with our main technology providers and executing technology and process changes in-line with our proposition roadmap. She/He will lead the elicitation of requirement, design and visualizing of them into solution requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle. This role will involve project management initiatives and product ownership in order to deliver the required deliverables as part of a highly complex, often global project or program. She/he is expected to apply the different delivery approaches (Waterfall, SCRUM, Zurich Lean) and perform, independently, business analysis processes in accordance with Zurich Project Management Framework (ZPMF) and the Zurich Risk Policy.
