Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:OPERATIONAL
Managing the activities of maintaining the CSI register, Initiative register and service review reports
Identify key stakeholders to understand where and how the stakeholders will contribute to each initiative.
Document any concerns and weaknesses as pain points in the CSI register to start managing their continual improvement lifecycle.
Define and document existing business processes and help to manage their continual improvement.
Categorize and define the impact of each of the pain points in order to come up with a prioritized list of issues to analyze and benchmark.
Define specific initiatives aimed at improving the pain points, based on the results of process evaluations and analysis.
Prioritize the initiatives based on their impact and urgency and obtain approval from key stakeholders to start the requirements elicitation process.
Delivery of business improvement projects to agreed quality and time, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and involved at all relevant stages.
Validate the business outcomes with the key stakeholders, then re-evaluate and continuously monitor the applied changes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify and deliver service improvement activity through employing process improvement methodologies.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Perform periodical reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
2+ years of relevant work experience in highly analytical roles (customs, consulting, investment banking, product analytics, etc.)
