Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and UX designers to drive digital innovation. Your focus will be on translating business needs into user stories and aligning services with core systems to deliver seamless and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business and functional requirements
- Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) workflows, identifying automation opportunities
- Align digital service delivery with enterprise systems such as Oracle HCM, Finance, and SCM
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
- Work with UI/UX teams to develop user-centric screen flows and interactive journeys
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure delivery alignment
- Act as a communication bridge between business units and technical teams
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) through test case preparation and session coordination
- Ensure regulatory, legal, and audit compliance in newly developed digital features
- Generate executive dashboards and post-implementation reports to evaluate outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting environments
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle HCM, Financials, or SCM
- Strong understanding of agile methodology, sprint lifecycle, and story documentation
- Familiarity with business process modeling, workflow design, and user journey mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Knowledge of HR regulatory compliance and audit documentation is a plus
