We are looking for a UAE National graduate to join our team as an Associate Business Analyst in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, documenting processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and document workflows
• Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture and refine requirements
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
• Work with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure proper implementation
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and impact assessments
• Keep updated with emerging technologies and best practices in business analysis

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Recent graduate or 0-1 year of experience in business analysis or digital transformation
• Basic understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Microsoft Visio knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with Islamic banking principles is a plus
