Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recommend high-quality business research and analytics solutions in Operating companies. This will include providing financial expertise, assuring quality on deliverables, providing guidance to GM & Company Heads.
Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption.
Work on Projects in the likes of Target Operating Model/Change Management.
Develop a deep understanding of the organizations business and provide support that drives the definition of a future state road map that accounts for changing technologies, and business processes.
Create or map existing business processes, end to end.
Identify process gaps and areas for optimization and automation.
Develop financial and strategic business cases for process transformation.
Come up with key performance indicators to track process operational performance. Present research proposals and findings to VP-Finance
Conducts qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments.
Analyzes and interprets data to effectively identify patterns, solutions and actionable insights.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration/finance or a relevant field. Highly developed communication and presentation skills. Have good command of English and a large-range of vocabulary and very good grammar. Excellent. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point required.
