We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support the Asset Management department in executing various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of reports, manage communications, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Support consultants in evaluating the financial performance of properties under Asset Management.
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations for client deliverables.
Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure data accuracy on a monthly basis.
Serve as a primary point of contact for the head of the department.
Manage schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and ensuring efficient calendar management.
Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, and accommodation.
Coordinate the submission of travel documents and visas for business trips.
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of client invoices.
Conduct mystery calls to maintain service quality.
Perform other administrative duties as required to meet business needs.
