Looking for dedicated and resourceful Business Administrator to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting both local and export business activities. The Administrator will serve as a key link between management, sales, and clients--managing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue quotations for local and export clients.
Manage sales order booking and follow-ups with accuracy.
Prepare and submit material submittals and technical documents.
Maintain a structured and accurate document control system.
Draft and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Demonstrate product awareness to better support clients and sales activities.
Research and study new opportunities in the market to support management decisions.
Coordinate across departments for smooth business operations.
Effectively use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge in HR practices such as payroll and employee records (added advantage).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, operations, or sales coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
HR knowledge/experience is a plus point.
