Position Overview

The

Business Acquisition Manager

plays a key role in identifying, structuring, and facilitating

business transfer and acquisition transactions

.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a refined understanding of corporate structures, financial performance, and market positioning -- capable of advising clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial valuation to final completion.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and structure

business acquisition and divestment opportunities

across various industries. Conduct

comprehensive business valuations, financial analyses, and due diligence coordination

. Prepare

investment memoranda, executive summaries, and acquisition proposals

for client presentation. Lead

negotiations

between buyers and sellers, ensuring a balanced and transparent process. Advise clients on

transaction models, ownership restructuring, and post-acquisition integration

. Coordinate with legal, financial, and regulatory partners to ensure compliance and transactional accuracy. Maintain an active portfolio of ongoing and prospective acquisition mandates.
Requirements:

4-6 years of proven experience in

M&A, corporate finance, investment advisory, or business brokerage

. Strong analytical capabilities and fluency in interpreting

financial statements and valuation metrics

. Profound knowledge of

UAE corporate law and business ownership frameworks

. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in

English

. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to operate within a confidential, client-centric environment.
